Volunteerism

Give a little, gain a lot!

As   a   non-profit   organization,   Key   Peninsula   Civic   Center   Association   relies   on volunteers   to   meet   its   goals   and   complete   many   community   projects   and events. Volunteering   has   many   rewards,   including   meeting   new   people,   interacting   as a   part   of   the   community   and   feeling   a   great   satisfaction   from   helping.   There are   many   opportunities   to   get   involved,   including   assisting   with   community- wide   events   like   the   Crab   Feed,   the   Livable   Community   Fair   or   Winter   Warm- up, even help with maintaining the facilities and grounds is needed. Current projects include: grounds maintenance, fundraising. Future   "wish   list"   projects:   becoming   an   emergency   shelter,   security   fencing, replacing carpeting, interior painting, & landscaping. If   you   have   a   special   interest,   or   would   just   like   to   help   out   where   needed, please   contact   us.   If   you   would   like   to   donate   goods,   services,   or   make   a monetary      donation,      please      contact      the      office      (253-884-3456      or kpciviccenter@centurytel.net.)
There are always odd jobs to do around the building and grounds, or sign up to help with one of our special events. Become a Friend of the KP Civic Center network of volunteers. Register on-line by clicking the graphic below:
